It’s amazing what happens when you see people as husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, friends and neighbors; rather than Republicans, Democrats, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, gay, straight, male, female…
At work, in our communities and in our personal lives, the From the Heart Project is about sharing stories of inspiration from those leading, living and loving…From the Heart.
And no, we do not lead, live or love from the heart all the time, and that’s ok, as we are fragile, failed human beings. From the Heart is aspirational, something we should strive for everyday.
Some of it comes naturally, and sometimes it will be really really difficult. But imagine a world where more of us are living from the heart on a daily basis. Imagine the challenges that might start to disappear, or at least not carry such a heavy burden. Imagine the person whose life might change because you simply smiled at them…or comforted them…or supported them…when no one else would or could. That’s the impact of Leading, Living and Loving…From the Heart.
