A 4-year-old in our region has a lot to be thankful for this Christmas. In fact, you could call Elaina Gilliams’s December trip for treatment in Charlottesville a Christmas miracle. “They are weak, but he is strong,” Elaina sang, finishing up ‘Jesus Loves Me’ for the visitors in her living room. Elaina loves to sing and dance. She loves her puppy, Marshmallow. She loves to play with her big brother and sister, but there is one problem.
