Cancer survivor designs license plate to raise money for Bozeman nonprofit

Megan Buck, mother of two, cancer survivor and graphic designer, has created a colorful new Montana license plate to help the Cancer Support Community of Montana.

“More often than not people don’t realize how important this kind of support is,” the Bozeman resident said. “People always donate to research, and it is important, but if you go through it and there’s nobody to talk to during the process it can be as bad as not having an end point. That’s where the Cancer Support Community comes in.

”Buck’s design shows a colorful sky over the mountains. The plate says “Hope, Strength, Courage … to fight cancer.”Play Video
