93% of Native American children without school supplies have lower attendance rates, do poorly in school and have a higher dropout rate. Each year, Make an Investment in Love and Kindness’ (M.I.L.K.) back to school outreach makes it possible for those that are low income or without parents of the Northern Arizona tribes to receive a backpack with school supplies. Every child deserves enough dignity to fuel hope so that they can succeed. $25 equals one backpack filled with supplies. Please assist us to supply the 1,600 backpacks for the children of the Hopi Tribe.
